I been useing pumpkin powder for approximately 2 yrs for my little maltipoo who had previously had problems with Annal glands being blocked and vets having to empty them , anyway I found pumpkin powder and in the time I've been useing it not once have she had any problems so it works for my little dog hopefully if yours got same problem it will help also
