Lola’s Loyalty Club is our loyalty programme where you can earn Pooch Points. Points are added after every purchase, after leaving a review, adding a photo, referring a friend and other actions

We will award you with 5 Pooch Points for each £1 spend. When you earn 300 points you can redeem them into a one-off voucher or a subscription voucher. You can also earn more to redeem later.

These are loyalty points you earn on every purchase, and through a few other activities, after activating an account with us. When you create your first direct order with us, we'll send you an invite to join by email.

Lola’s Loyalty Club gives you the opportunity to earn Pooch Points every time you place an order or complete certain activities.

Once you have accumulated enough to meet the thresholds, you can convert points into a voucher code by visiting Lola’s Loyalty Club rewards page area. To make the discount apply to your next order, the voucher code must be either:

1) Code applied to an upcoming order of your existing subscription

 2)Code applied at the checkout for a brand new order (one-time or new subscription).

You may choose between vouchers that can be redeemed against brand new purchases, or vouchers to use on an upcoming subscription order:

Once you have selected "get reward" for the voucher you wish to redeem, you will be shown a confirmation on the screen. This will state whether you're about to select a subscription voucher or a new purchase voucher. If the voucher you selected was incorrect, choose 'not now' to go back and select another.

Upon confirming, you will be shown your voucher code on the screen. Make a note of the code or click the clipboard icon button on the right to copy it to your device's clipboard. This will allow you to paste it easily later on!

If you lose your code at any point, don't worry, you can find all your previous rewards listed at the bottom of the same rewards page.

Discount codes are unique to your account, unless stated otherwise.

'New purchase' voucher codes can be applied to a single new order. If you have redeemed your points for a subscription code by mistake and intended to use it on your next checkout, please contact us and we will credit your points. This will allow you to redeem them again.

Voucher codes cannot be converted from 'subscription' to 'new purchase', or vice versa. If you want to change your selection, the voucher must first be deactivated by a member of our team, and the points credited back to your account. You will be able to redeem the points again and receive a new voucher code to use.
